    Aless - I imagine it'll be
flour, sugar, cocoa powder, choc chips. Not sure how they get around the butter/oil issue - you prob have to write that on the instructions and get people to add it themselves?

There are some threads on the SO board called christmas crafts or something similar last year about making these jars for christmas presents.

There are some on the Special Occasions board too :)

Em that looks good but I am not clear what you're asking for - a partial refund and all the crap bits replaced or the original one and a partial refund?

I don't want to restart the whole discussion but my post was 'phrased' carefully and within the rules as they have been pointed out to us.

ETA SJ fine, wednesday morning it is (not too early!) I'm glad you mentioned it too, would have been awful if you'd made the effort!

Lovely, I will be presentable from 10am!

from what I could see there was flour, brown sugar, white sugar then choc chips. the recipe said you'd need add egg and butter IIRC

I was thinking the weetabix cake would make a good one as you only need to add milk to that (assuming the person receiving has measuring cups and a loaf tin too) that said if you can get a loaf 'tin' from a £1 shop and masuring cups are pretty cheap you could maybe fit it all into a nicely decorated mixing bowl as a kind of hamper?

Very impressive ladies. They are for Erin run in. The ground is very muddy and all the kids who did really well were wearing them. As a few hundred kids have already run on the course it's like a mud bath in places. She fell when she ran a couple of weeks ago but bless her still managed to catch up and do well. So they are I suppose for soft ground because if it hasn't been raining and the ground is hard she will wear trainers.

Tara, Studs are recommended really soft muddy conditions, blades for wet but firmer conditions, moulded I would say for indoor use. Hope that helps. For mud bath conditions most probably studs then.

tara- would she not be better with proper running shoes rather than football boots?

she needs spikes for cross country something like these http://www.milletsports.co.uk/running/shoes/junior/adidas-edge-arriba-junior-track-spikes/

(my brother does triathlons so asked him)
