    Tara this http://reviews.ebay.co.uk/Buying-Football-Boots_W0QQugidZ10000000002571941
    says
Weather - Boots usually come in two types of stud; moulded soft studs (also called Firm Ground or FG) and screw-in studs (Soft Ground or SG). You will also, on the rare occasion, the a hybrid of the two. As the names imply, moulded studs are suited for dry weather conditions while studs are used when it is wet. You should always have one pair of each, but you have to prioritise depending on your location. For example, in a rainy location like North England and Scotland, your are more likely to need your screw-ins rather than your moulds. This means you should look for quality boots first when it comes to studs. Obviously, if you lived in the South, moulded studs would be more appropriate.

Thanks everyone. She uses spikes when she goes each week for training but that is track only. I cannot emphasise enough how muddy the cross country is. Many of them come through the finish in socks as they loose their trainers. She did 4 last year in trainers, lost hem once, but has slipped every time. Her, and others, have to strip in the car park then sit on bin bags and towels for the journey home. I feel guilty so wait at the finish with hot chocolate and flapjacks.

Part of the Furniture Photogenic Combo Breaker
    Hi everyone :)

We have a poorly Lily here, she has been coughing all night and today, to that combined with her cold and teething makes for a very sad baby :(

She just had some calpol, but DH said there is no point in getting her cough medicine as she'll be ok. Sorry to rant, but he really pees me off with that attitude, just because HE doesn't feel the need to go to the doctors or take pain relief, doesn't mean Lily shouldn't!

He was only ok with me buying calpol because the nurse suggested it, stupid man :rotfl:

MFD, my email from BB said that to. Luckily i got it when i was already online.
I find they dont ever respond to emails which really annoys me, they say if you have an questions to email shellie. But you probably wont get a reply...

I was so sad to hear Twoflowers news, i cant imagine my life with DH in. I often cry to myself when i imagine how i would cope if he ever had an accident.

It's an extremely competitive school. She has Athletics on the Tuesday, Cross Country on the Thursday and a Netball Tournament on the Friday morning. They really push them. Amazing considering they have no PE hall, no school field and an extremely tiny playground. They don't do the 'everyones a winner', you're in it to win it. Kids are awarded for everything, once a month is Celebration Worship which invloves nothing but kids having awards presented for everything from work achievements, swimming, sports in and out of school, anything really.
