Which do you think is better Bepanthen or Metamium... I've usually used Sudocrem but nursery asked for Bepanthen the other day as she thought the Sudo was 'stinging' William... bought a tube in Asda and thought I should get some for home now..sir_monster wrote: »- he has Bronchitis which is quite common in babies apparently. .
William's just got over this...
Hurry up Mel - where are you........Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0 -
KK, is he old enough for ashton and parson teething powders? They work wonders for bums and tums and won't do any harm.
Nappy free time on some towels, bum cream and it will get better soon.
Caz, I had SPD with DS2, it was a good 3 years before I could ride properly. I had to use a mounting block to mount and dismount. It was mainly the mounting/dismounting that made me sore.0 -
I am feeling confident about getting a John Frieda hair colour thingy seeing as they had 10k and there's 11.5k likes on their page, odds look good to me
Fingers crossedProud mum to now-grown-up daughter (Pebbles) and two lovely grandchildren (Roxy & Chip).

Som said the same. The clip had dug into the book underneath on mine as well badly denting it in. They're fine for T but I'd have been really annoyed if I'd wanted them as a present.

I thought it was appalling service that they rang me and emailed me to say they'd send a replacement and then didn't...and I only found out coz I checked my account. That's what I was more annoyed about :mad:Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -
i went for the bethanen (sp) as someone had recommended it on here. I use it on him every night, making sure his bum is nice and dry first, it acts like a barrier then. when he has had a sore bum - more so when he was strugglign to poo or maybe has pooed when he's been asleep and his bum is sore. an extra bit of the cream and it clears up. guess its all down to personal choice. with the bethanten you can get wipes as well.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0

Did anyone respond to poor Helen yesterday, back after many moons' absence? Helen, where did you go?? Isn't it your son's birthday soon?? Update pics required!
And, welcome back Kitkat! Everyone else has said the things I might've said about your difficulties0 -

I am the queen of fuming complaints
Currently I am fuming because someone reminded me of the snotty customer service letter I received from the head office of the hotel chain we stayed in in Bermuda. They offered us free stuff to solve our problems while we were there, so I wrote to them and said pretty much, They solved our problems and gave us free stuff, but I have these serious safety concerns. They replied and said basically, You had your free stuff now bog off you scam artist.
I like Bepanthen for tattoos and Metanium for nappy rash. Not that Molly has tattoos or I have nappy rash.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Only thing I can think of is nappy free time. Hopefully he's young enough that he doesn't move too much if you lie him down and you can lie him on some old towels or cloth nappies if you use them. Obviously it will be rather messy and a lot of work but probably better than the nappy rash.
oh that might be an idea, do i just lie him on his back while he is lay on towels? May have to cover him a little as he has been known to squirt as far as the ceiling  he loves being naked so it may cheer him up!eta: kitkat, camomile tea is supposed to be soothing for bums. Maybe try using some cut up flannels soaked in it to wipe his bum with?
I will raid the cupboards and see if I have anyI did not know it was good for that though so thankyou
