Yep that's exactly my practice, too.
On the very rare occasion I haven't had a list for some reason then I'm totally panicked. I hate it! Always end up spending more than I would and still not having a full shop.JANUARY GROCERY CHALLENGE £23.30/£150

I love lists! Lists for anything and everything. When I go Christmas shopping I take my list and then I get home with other things that weren't on my list so I add them and then tick them off! I do it with a list of jobs/phonecalls/letters I need to work through too, and then add the extra ones I did that weren't on my list! Sad I know but it makes me feel I've been productive.0
