Rewards tokens cannot be exchanged back into points or into cash or for another department. Items purchased with a rewards token can only be exchanged, with a receipt, for goods in the same category to the same value. Notify damaged tokens in store. Makes sense otherwise Tesco would lose a lot of money. So looks like I'm buying much needed clothes and keeping them plus tiles and Merlin passes. Phew!!!!

hiyas, please could you tell me about using tescoclubcard to book a holiday.. im looking at booking a virgin hol, but in the t & c's it says tokens can only be used by the clubcard holder whos name is on them.. does that mean i can only use tokens to pay for my part of a holiday and not my partners? or does it mean i can use them to pay for our hol as long as its in my name?? sorry im confused and need to sort it asap!!

No, its fine, you can use them to pay both for yourself and your partner. you could also use deals vouchers in your partners name for the same booking.
what it means is that you couldnt use someone elses vouchers to add to yours if they weren't in the booking ifyswim

Hi all.

Seems that Tesco have closed their website to any last minute reward exchanges for the pre-06.Dec.10 date.
I wanted to cash in my last vouchers to x4 rate and the web-site is down from about 10pm on 05.Dec.10.

Following error is returned.
Server Error in '/clubcard/Deals' Application.

Runtime Error

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, Geneva, SunSans-Regular, sans-serif]Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. [/FONT]

Just manage to change Clubcard deal after an hour trying, hope it work for everyone now.

This kept happening to me earlier, keep trying though as i got through eventually!
