Re Phylpho's post last night, having ordered on the 9th NOvember, we got an 'Orders Despatched' email on our final batch of holiday tokens (got the codes online, instantly ordered the token) on Thursday 11th November.

7 days on, still waiting for them to arrive - already had the holiday company on the phone asking when we will be sending the tokens. They were fine with 'they're in the post to us, we'll send them ASAP' but I wonder for how long?

    Getting a bit twitchy...

Im waiting for restaurant and magazine vouchers too and ordered them got a despatched notice a week later and still waiting a week later. Going to call ne3xt week if I dont receive anything.

Havin said that I got a realy nice duty manager that sorted out a problem with other vouchers I bought - finest wine vouchers and the customer service there was A+.

    Am so annoyed with tesco.
I ordered £100 worth of clothing with double up vouchers. Now they are cancelling half of the order due to OOS items - even though they were showing as in stock when I ordered them.
    What happens now?
Where do my refunded clothing vouchers go and can I convert them into something else as the items that I want are not available?
    Thanks

Decided since doing a lot of DIY to get Topps Tiles vouchers.

That'll do me unless someone know of a reason not to.

Hi, Used my vouchers doubled up instore, collected the items I wanted in my trolley then went and got my vouchers doubled up straight to the checkout. No problems. New telephone & answering machine, universal adapter for mobile, 2 x Dr Who characters and some Lego for £35 in vouchers very pleased.
  • OK I know it's sad but still ruminating over what to spend vouchers on. I think I'll use the bulk of vouchers on double spend in store AS THE ONLINE SYSTEM SEEMS CHAOS. Can anyone confirm whether goods can be returned and refund put on debit card. So if I bought a TV and no longer wanted it, how do they issue a refund if vouchers were used entirely for the process. I think the best bet for me is double spend and something I actually need like tiles.

Even if it's only double as everything else seems a catch apart from the X 4 rewards which can be redeemed against normal price items. So yes if I needed tiles (which I do) and I buy them through Topps tiles that would make sense at x4. (BTW read the pdf as tokens have to be spent by end of Dec 2010 not what is stated on the rewards page.)
