I've already followed correct proceedure and voiced my specific concerns to Abuse. So if Premier is Martin, he already knows exactly what my precise concerns are!

Premier, I do hope you realise that the objection to your posts is because you are quoting rules we already know well at us, it isn't you personally.

I just did a bit more background research on this and am horrified. We need to have some compassion for the BG concerned, look at the work-load involved, how on earth can one volunteer do all that? Especially as there is no help in the Arms or DT

That is huge!!! No wonder there are inconsistencies. It doesn't make it right but it does make it easier to understand.

Surely more volunteers could be found to ease that horrendous work load?

The policy has always been than non-financial threads do not belong on the moneysaving forums. While Discussion Time isn't perfect either, it is more appropriate under out policy.

It would probably be more appropriate that you request that a specific non-moneysaving advice forum was created if that's what you'd like to see.

I understand the policy. The policy was set many years ago. Is it still appropriate for the site now, the way it has evolved?

Can I clarify please....what exactly do you mean by requesting a forum? Sounds a basic question, I realise. Best to avoid any misunderstanding.


Edit: Ok, working on the basis that you're not telling us to get lost onto another non money saving site to discuss our non financial issues (you never know ) can we please have a new Family and Relationship forum specifically for these types of threads? (Preferably not right beside the Arms and DT? :rotfl:)

Ok, I get it now. I have the remnants of a migraine right now and brain is not as sharp as it should be. I was working on the basis of....that seems too good to be true.
