Just coming on to vent:mad:
Well I've been trying to get a builder to come and put the stud wall up - no look there.
Got a phone call from tenants this morning that the fridge and the cooker don't work. So called an electrician as I suspected a circuit was probably out. The fridge was working, they had just accidentally turned it to defrost:mad:
The cooker has a faulty element which he replaced. Not impressed as both were new in Aug 2010 (so should have claimed off manufacturers warranty/sale of goods act) well I'm £54 worse off but hey it's fixed:jOPs so far £42,139
