I can't even get past the 'Transfer Money' option now, which is even worse than it was before!! :mad:

Dontcha love it. It doesn't give a message just an error.
I'm going to ring them and see if I can get a comment about the problems they are having.

Hmm - long wait for an answer this time - made worse by the bad music.
Gave up waiting.
Think that's it - I'll be closing the account as soon as it's possible - suspect that may take a while.

Just read all these comments-my heart sinks. Been using them since last Dec-since Martin recommended them-with no problems.... until the system upgrade last weekend.Money was then late going into my current account. I would have been overdrawn but ran to my local Alliance and Leicester to withdraw some emergency funds to pay in!Today tried a trial of £1 and no response.Have emailed.Hope they are still trading and it's just a problem with the system but I think I am going to go back to good old ING if I can get my money out!

Prehaps they are just unwilling to let you all move your funds to icesave at the same time. as I'm sure if all the people i borrowed off came to me I could'nt just find the money like that.

Still no real response to any of my emails, the ones asking for a transfer to be made or the ones asking for someone to call or the one requesting a close of account. Just an email saying (fairly tersely) that the transfer system is now working.
Not impressed at all.
Can only transfer 10k at a time but will get all the money out when I can.

That is rather cynical and patronising IMO. They should get their act together, then. It's called 'competition' and 'rational decision-making'. :rolleyes:
