the muffins do sound lovely.
OH was playing with his new I-touch thingie last night and found the you tube sites with cake demonstrations on them so i hope he will make some. He's desperate to make cakes which is nice for me but not my diet. Thinking of having a chat with my sister to see if she will give him some lessons if i make up a valentines pressy for him. I could teach him myself but she has more time and i get impatient and just want them done.
Thanks for the info about the nail polish - it was indeed the speed dry stuff, i shall have it ready for when she does give me the scales, but may give it a week or so afterwards. I feel guilty doing it though. She won't lose it out of her money will she?0 -

Eeek! You sneaked this post in when I didn't spot it P! Both Mr Louis' are lovely chaps - Mr Louis Senior is also an absolute scream - when we did the Gelsenkirchen GP the second time he came out with myself, H, L & P for the evening and we had a hilarious night! Saturday night's natter however was with Mr Simmons instead!(Also a lovely man - we have lots of them! :rotfl:)

Well I did do as many ins and outs but along they way I happened aross a lovely pair of nearly new Next shoes in a charity shop that cost me just under what it would to have another pair of my cheaper shoes re-healed :T. I was on my phone a few shops away from where I was headed so hung back to finish my call, turned around and there they were :A.
I really should do some backing today as we could do with some cakes for packed lunches and I have loads of eggs to use up. Will go have a nosy is DS's 100 cakes book.
Ooh excellent spotting those shoes - bargainous indeed! I'm still scouring the charity shops for a jacket - I'll know it when I see it, but as yet, I haven't!Lemon_Tree wrote: »the muffins do sound lovely.

Hee hee - it's all about cakes and baking here today! he lessons from your sister sound like a good plan - remember to get her to teach him to wash up after he's used every pot and bowl in the kitchen as wel though!
I'm going to be returning some of the nail varnishes myself - and plan to do it on the basis of quality. Your rep will refund you, then she will do a return form and get her money back from Avon too. We're all used to doing returns - one of Avon's unique selling points is the 90 day no quibble guarantee and we know full well that a lot of the time that gains us business (a lot of folk order something they aren't sure they are going to like, because they know they can return it, but most of the time they either don't get around to the return, or decide they do like it after all!).
Another NSD today - I really want to reach my target of 15! When I was working at my old company I never used to do NSD challenges as I could easily go 5 days in the week without spending - now I am spending less overall, but am tempted towards spending more frequently if that makes sense. Infuriating!
I have £10.00 in my purse
I have £3.04 credit on my mobile (2 texts with a customer earlier on, but at least I now know when I deliver her order she'll be there & have the money!)🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

When we moved in here, the people before us had two fridges, but we got one of those big fridge freezers, so were going to be left with a gap from the second fridge (which they kindly said they would leave for us....I have NEVER seen anything so rank in my life! It went straight outside!) so I was forced to buy a dishwasher to put in the gap! What do you want him to do? Multitask?
