Possible £15 Maplin glitch

Firstly, you seem confused about application of law and implementation of law. The police etc can only act on fraud on the request of a 'defrauded' party.
Secondly to say that "anyone that done it has indeed committed fraud" is a generalised statement and legally incorrect. The accepted defence to such claims is usually that "it is impossible to judge the intentions of all people in an unrelated group".
Thirdly, successful payment followed by delivery of goods is now accepted in law as a completed transaction.
If you want to quote legal precedent then I suggest that do more than cut and paste a few quotes off a few legal websites.
!!!! me.
I have heard of hallucinations but I didn't know there was a visual version.
You need to see a doctor.
I will not even bother with the rest, I suggest you bother actually reading a thread for once. Not Again0 -
I am sorry that you took offense at my post. But in a way glad as you seem to be one hell of a negative, nasty & bullying type of person. People come on this thread to save a few quid. Some depend on saving a few quid to be able to afford little luxuries for their children for christmas. So stop with the attitude and find something worth while to do with your time.
There have been many glitches on this site too numerous to mention and to this date I am I not aware of one that has been investigated by the Serious Fraud Squad.
You obviously take pride in trying to belittle people however in this instance I am afraid you have been unsuccessful I have fought bigger fish than you including dealing with the Serious Fraud Squad on behalf of HM Customs & Excise as part of my work.
Goodnight.
So you don't want to post the definition of fraud up then?
I wonder why.Not Again0 -
I get the feeling 1984RFR is a bit bored tonight and decided to post a deliberately provocative message on a message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument.
Since he likes a bit of cut and paste here you go http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=trollAKA: PC

They have a better chance of conspiracy to defraud than you have defending your positions.:rotfl:
I take it you still haven't this then?
Thought not.Not Again0 -

Do Maplins do decaff?
(obviously without circumventing their systems to [STRIKE]steal[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]defraud[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]rob[/STRIKE] gain £15 which I am not entitled to)

You really do not have any understanding of the law do you.
When you said "anyone that done it has indeed committed fraud" you were not committing libel because the group in question was too vague.
However, if you imply that I have defrauded a company then you are committing libel, and will be open to action.find a deal....pass it on :beer:0 -

Firstly, may I ask what exactly is your point?
Secondly, do you really think I am that stupid?
Thirdly, do you know the difference between civil & criminal?
Forthly, I have checked the electoral role & there is indeed no MR Single Daddy in the UK. Is it one word spelling like Madonna or Cher? Not Again0 -

By your comments, are you actually saying that you have NEVER benefited from a sellers "mistake" from this web site?
NEVER?
Let's face it, we all know that people make mistakes and the lucky ones benefit from it.
It's swings and roundabouts - Some you win some you lose.
I'm sure that Maplin have benefited from people purchasing stuff from them (which, let's face it, isn't the cheapest) when, without the £15 discount they wouldn't otherwise have ordered.0
