Look all of you out there arguing and tormenting each other and your own minds.
Go and read the JR application for urgent consideration, if you have the head and patience for it.
Please for those peeps who thinks it is all about pre 2005 sales etc, you are not up to speed to put it mildly.
Of course I am extremely angry at the banks for thinking that they should not have to not only give back just about all PPI plus stat interest to just about every customer and at the same time kiss every customers !!!! and say sorry for their criminal acts, as they know as well as I DO that they were in most cases making more money from the PPI than the actual lending.
The FSA/FOS have some powerful evidence up their sleeves, so lets all wait and see, I believe consumers will come out on top and please consumers be careful of the frontloaded interest loans re early settlement or paying part of the loan off, another sneaky illegal act buy the RATS!!!:mad:0 -

It is made in as an adendum to the original claim, but I've yet to see a copy of what the application to be heard on the 25th January actually contains0 -
Could you direct me to where a copy of the application resides, I've seen the original Claim put forward by the BBA (the claim being defined as the request for a Judicial Review), but nothing on the application - an application comes from the Defendant in a case (ie in this case the FSA) usually to have the claim stuck out or regarding a question of law / the legality of the Claim.

The application we're talking about is what you refer to as the 'claim' (Judicial Review-application for urgent consideration N483/1 or N463) http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/N463_0709.pdf
I think what you mean is the Acknowledgment Of Service which is a separate form (N462 which all defendants are required to file in response within 21 days) http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/N462_web_0109.pdf
The AOS's from the FSA & FOS have not been released by the court yet but are due to be shortly.0 -
For those waiting for repayment from Lloyds then just hang on in there. They received my complaint acceptance form on the 29th September and have only today taken the LPI amount off my outstanding loan amount. Happy days for me!MFW: Original May '16 £203,995

Hello folks
My hubby received the remainder of his payout from Lloyds, it was in the bank this morning.
This is a payment that was owed, where they did not pay enough in March of this year, and dealt with by the FOS, so don't think this would have been involved with the JR as its in regards of a case dealt with earlier of this year, but hubby is happy anyway.:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
