you need people like me, to lay the path for you to walk down.
without "nasty" people like me, you get trampled over and accept it, bar the odd pathetic feeble moan on a forum.
Ok put your idea where your mouth is and tell us how you're gonna solve it!My LBM - December 2010!

the wheels are in motion, you see, there are a lot of parties with similar interests on one side of the fence, the banks on the other... all you got to do is engage brain, and pull the troops in one direction.
personally, claims companies are depserarte for business, and have plenty of money to chuck at a problem.
the problem here is simple.
amass the general public in a revolt against the schemers.
they have already admitted to misselling, this is not even under contention, unlike bank charges were.... so what is the issue now with these holds?
flying in the face of the FSA, no waivers etc?
social networking can bring a bank down.
people reacted and brough northern rock down, social netwroking will bring down lloyds.
they started this "hold" they will suffer!0 -

I explained that our case had been upheld by the ombudsman, we had accepted their offer and as it had been more than the anticipated eight week wait why had we heard nothing from them? They just repeated that they had been told to put it all on hold. Surely the FSO's decision is legally binding. Will we ever get our money?
Hi stargirl
Was your complaint upheld by an adjudicator or an ombudsman?
If it was an ombudsman then yes it is legally binding, although I'm not sure how this will be affected by the judicial review..............

Social networking wasn't responsible for the run on Northern Rock - it was the news media.
And FYI it wasn't brought down by the people. It was saved by them.0 -
not altogether too sure what you can do anyway by "social networking" except have a moan on facebook. My LBM - December 2010!
