Ordered on 10th and all i'v got is a confirmation letter.
did anyones confirmation letter mention the headphones?, mine didnt.

I got my confirmation letter this morning and it didn't mention anything about the headphones, then about an hour later there was the postman bearing a package, containing the said headphones. I placed my order on the 12th, so I'm sure your will turn up very soon. Hope that helps.

got my letter on friday, its now monday, if it doesnt turn up tomorow I'll give them a ring, I want the headphones so bad and they just wont turn up, lol
heard the mags pretty good too so might subscribe, will have to see when it shows up

Has everybody got their headphones now? I subscribed on the 16th Feb but no headphones so emailed and got a response basically denying there was ever ny such offer! I'll phone tomorrow..

Phoned today because I ordered on the 15th and I haven't yet received the confirmation letter. Talked to 'Dave' who said everything was set up correctly, that I should get the letter in the next couple of days and that the headphone should arrive at about the same time as the next issue (April).

Well !!!!!! off :mad: just phoned them to check what was happening with my order and girl said my order wasn't passed through to the order dept until the 19th, although I phoned on the 11th! She said there is nothing she could do as all the headphones are gone, apart from give me another 3 issues for free, which she did. She gave me the name of a guy to write to complain, but didn't know if that would achieve anything.

Typical, just my luck, I bet there were folk who phoned after me that got theirs ok!

I placed my order on the 12th, and my headphones arrived this week - although most people who ordered after me got theirs well before me. I would definteley complain, and see if they can send you an alternative gift. 3 extra issues really doesn't compensate. They are not fulfilling the offer.

headphones run out!?, does that mean i wont get my headphones, I dont understand why even though I ordered on 10th that its still taking this long, and if they are indeed run out I bet i wont get em

Got an email back today to say that because my order was made on the 17th feb, I'm not entitled to the headphones as the offer expired on the 16th Feb. I emailed them straightback with my confirmation email from them dated the 16th feb. Looks like I'm not going to get any headphones if they've run out though..
