  • I sent an email to them telling them that I submit subscription on 16 Feb and threatened to contact customer organisations. Finally I received an email today:

    Please accept my apologies, there has been some confusion over this offer within our company and I am now pleased to confirm that you are in fact entitled to the free gift after all. I have ordered this for you today, please allow 10-14 days for delivery.

    I recieved a similar e-mail today,I ordered,and recieved a confirmation on the 16th.First they told me the offer had expired on the 15 th,then another e-mail stating the offer had ended(the point being?...)
    Today,however after a futher delay of a week or so,victory is mine.I need some comfy headphones for a long coach ride to Aberdeen next month.

    So did they confirm to you in the last couple of days that you would get your headphones? (Even though they told me on friday that there were none left and nothing they could do about it) ...think I might need to get back onto them and let rip!!

    I ordered on 16th and no headphones. I have just sent an email mentioning the tricks they have already tried in order to wriggle out of the offer. If they dare try it with me, I will be on to TS. No question. You can't post an offer online and then deny it ever existed, or give a terrible excuse like "your order took seven days to be processed"... rubbish.
