My headphones have just arrived 29/03/05
i ordered mine on the 17/02/05 thought i may have missed out but sent the following via email :- "Please could you advise me when I will be getting the free headphones that come with the subscription that I took out in the below email,the offer was only open for 7 days and I subscribed on the 7th day but I
have only had a direct debit confirmation sent to me
Thanks in advance" SENT 19/03/05

And got the following reply :- "Thank you for your e-mail regarding the non receipt of your free gift. I can confirm that I have ordered this and the gift should be received within the next 28 days." RECIEVED 22/03/05

Yup a quick email does the trick - you'll have them in about a week.

I originally ordered by phone, wish I had just emailed to chase them up instead of phoning back a couple of times - that was just a waste of time

I ordered on the 11th Feb and have only recently recieved my first issue - still no headphones!!!

They've run out, I got a detailed email from them as I emailed saying I| sick of being fobbed off. They said they ran out of them pretty quickly because so many people signed up and they are waiting on more to come in. Hopefully we'll get them eventually!

I got the same email Darren last week, but my headphones arrived this morning.
