I sent them an email on Thursday asking where my headphones were, giving them the details of when I ordered (15th) etc. No reply as of yet though.

Don't give up.Well over a week passed between me sending them my last e-mail,and finally getting one back saying they were wrong and would be sending the headphones(None recieved as yet ).
Seems to help if you send a copy of the original confirmation e-mail(if you ordered this way),as it clearly has the date and time sent on it.

I too have emailed them. I have had the quid taken for the mag and received confirmation letter, but no headphones as yet. I ordered on the 11th (see earlier post). The bloke on the phone clearly stated that the offer was for free headphones but did say to wait 28 days. I'll be interested to hear what they say.

I ordered (online) and received confirmation on the 16th. I emailed them asking where the headphones were and got this reply back:

Once again please accept our apologies, I am afraid that when an order
has been placed on the internet we do have to allow 21 days for receipt
of this order as stated on the email confirmation.

I am afraid that the headphones have also exceed our stock limit and
were subject to availability, so we would not of been able to guarantee
delivery, even if the order had been received before the closing date.

Are they just trying it on or are any of the reasons they state true? I don't have a copy of the original offer so I'm not sure but I don't remember seeing any of the 21 days stuff or the headphones being subject to availability.

I don't know about 'allow 21 days for receipt of this order as stated on the email confirmation' as I ordered by phone, but I received the following reply from an email I sent last week enquiring about my headphones. I included details about who I spoke to on the phone and when (I had rung twice previous to sending the email) so they had an indication that I had all the relevent details to hand should they be required for, say, Trading Standards etc.

'Thank you for your e-mail regarding the non receipt of your free gift.
I can confirm that I have re ordered this and the gift should be
received within the next 28 days.'

So we shall see. But it does imply that the set of headphones I was rightfully due was not sent on receipt of my order. Naughty!

I also got the same email as 'asscat'. I'll not complain as long as the headphones arrive. At least they are replying to the emails and most people on this thread have got their headphones eventually.

Mine finally arrived yesterday after many, many emails!
The low point was talking to a 'helpful' guy on the phone who said they would be dispatched, then when I asked for email confirmation he spoke to a supervisor and told me I wasn't eligible.

Well, mine arrived yesterday too, but not without making a fuss. The lengths one has to go to get competent, decent (not outstanding, mind, just competent!) customer service is ridiculous. Still I have my headphones now, which are great for the gym. So big thanks to the initiator of this thread.
