    I will try to send an email to inquire if they can reset the date the interest will be paid after it's one month anniversary to every 1st of the month which I believe all convenient to us moneysavers.

    I'm a non-UK passport holder, here on a visa. have been here 3 years but the time shouldn't matter. I rang them to check and they said it's fine, as long as you can prove you have a UK bank account and a work visa/permit, it's fine.

    I sent in a copy of my passport with the work permit section, and a copy of my UK credit card statement and the account has been opened no problem.

    I'd give them a call to check if you've got any questions about your specific situation.

    omg WARNING!!!
    my dh had a letter today saying that a direct debit had been opened and another account was linked to his. Unbelievable!!! he had made no request for a further account. This is a major mix-up and there is an obvious clerical error.

    He has phoned and sent an e mail

    This is so BASIC and a big big mistake. You should all check your linked accounts by starting a bank transfer process when all the accounts appear in a drop down list

    Applied last Friday for an Icesave account, received my User ID through on the Monday and my deposit was in by the Wednesday.

    Great service so far.
    Applied for an Icesave account on Wed, user ID came today( Fri).Yippee!Have to wait for 8 days after setting up before I can transfer my first £250 from my linked account. Can't wait to empty my ICICI account now, after all the recent problems since the so-called upgrade.After 11 months of working almost perfectly, an ICICI system error has(amongst other things) taken tax off my interest -still waiting for refund- and it's now taking an extra day to transfer money into HiSave.There was also a recent delay getting money OUT,causing my current account to be overdrawn.I have logged complaints.I wish ING would up their rates-I still have a small amount with them because it's such a user-friendly site and I've never had any problems!

    Can you open this account online only?

    What is the interest rate at the moment for the savings account, does anybody know?
    You're thanking the wrong person, do thank Clasics though :kisses3: after all, it was he who gave us the thumbs up to monitor those less than genuine customers who flocked to said TV and proceeded to do a LOT of checking. Thanks, we now have a lot of footage.

    Very little helps :naughty::naughty:

    account number 80469947
    sort code 20-32-53
    reference quote your name and Icesave account number
