Craftyscholar - Not at all. For me it's also finding the time to fit in all the related tasks. I've just come to an arrangement with NN who is recovering from and operation and has also been made redundant. She is e-bay experienced and will sell things for me. We'll split the profit and we'll both be better off.

Hex - Congrats on being the winning bidder.

I've just lost a longish post, so won't repeat my rambles. :( DS2 and I are staying in today, so I can potter. May need to clean my senseo so I can have a nice coffee to wake me up.
Hope everyone enjoys their weekend. xxx

Never knew that - usually I only ever list on free listing, I sell so little. I wouldn't have discovered that at all if it hadn't been for the panic!

So this means I will get another 100 listings next month? Wow! and thanks!

    Yes for 99p.

Can to tell me about the email you had regarding the bit 'only till November'

Offically bored now, it is raining and cold here. OH is still asleep from his night shift, I am fed up I have even cleaned the oven and all the racks........I've flicked through my Nigella bargin.

I want to hoover my car out, but with the rain that is not sensible ATM, there will be ironing to do, but clothes are still wet atm.

All dusting is done. Just watching bargin hunt on telly!!!

  • I've cleaned the bathroom radiator-5' tall ladder thing, all the bathroom tiles and ceiling apart from over the bath where I couldn't reach, only a few inches off but I'll rope in help from my mum when shes back from hols as she's 4'' taller than me!! Cleaned all bathroom paintwork, landing paintwork and toilet paintwork. Pretty chuffed with myself. Having a quick cuppa before collecting DD. Looking like rain again here so we may have an afternoon of dvd and colouring for her and ironing for me. Still got some handsewing to do so hope to get on top of that too.
Re Ebay; 1.if I put something in at more than 99p start do I have to pay if it doesn't sell?
    2. I have a paypal account but its to a credit card, do I need to add a debit card?
    3. Do I have to have sold up to a certain amount of money before I can have it , presumably onto the card from paypal?
Hope that makes sense. I'm starting to wonder if I should just get my friend to do for me but I have loads of stuff that I'm happy to list for 99p (and if it doesn't sell it'll go to charity) and so I really ought to pluck up the courage to do it for myself!!

    Afternoon all

We are all mainly pottering here today. I have done a few bits, made an Apple thing from the waitrose magazine.

Going out to get boys trainers and new wellies for DS1's field trip in a bit.

Been this morning and dropped hubby off at airport but my usual road was closed because of a bomb alert. So i just followed everyone else and found the airport. :rotfl:

Then went to ikea and got DD a desk and chair so that has now been built and she's been told that is where her homework is to be done from now on.;)

Kids all spent there hard earned pocket money in MrT's and i'm hoping it will push them on to work more, earn more. :D

Got home just in time for DS1 to get changed and leave him to a comp thing. He's due back now anytime.

My MIL came in while i was away this morning and has cleaned the kitchen (wasn't much to do) and rearranged my cupboard under the sink. Moved loads of stuff around. I know she's only trying to be helpful but i was really annoyed, not sure if i'm annoyed because of the little sleep i got last night. :(

WM just stopped so i'll reload it and get the TD on.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
