Well done on the run... I've just started running again and have been doing 2km on alternate days this week (the first kilometre is continous, the second still involves some 'interval' training :p). Scarily I've also had to get some proper running kit (windproof top and wait for it... running leggings ) things I never thought I'd be seen outside in, but its too cold to run in three-quarter length gym leggings now :o

I've been out in my slightly windproof top and leggings and felt a bit chunkier today than when running a month ago. I thought to myself this feels a bit weird out in a pair of skintight running leggings, quite a tight top and jacket in the afternoon for everyone to see. I usually run first thing in the morning around 5.30am. Then thought so what, no one will even look and if they do so bloomin' what!

4 weeks off running and had to go back from 4miles to 3miles when 4miles felt less difficult than today

From tomorrow starting back on the Gateway to 8K programme and hoping to get back to where I was and then some over the next couple of weeks

Nice to know I'm not the only one working tonight :rotfl:quite!

I really will start when the dancing stops!

I had terrible PND/PTSD after the last 4 I am determined not to let that happen this time and if that means I force time for me (even though she does come too) then so be it.

Good for you! I really wish I had....I felt like carp for what felt like forever and making time for yourself makes all the difference.... Even now I feel guilty for making time for me when I could be doing something else, but it is worth it! :hello:Hi ladies!

I've been up to London for The Language Show today, I'm exhausted, but fizzing with great ideas, and so much information, it's going to take me the rest of the year to go through it all! I have some lovely posters for my classroom too (and quite a few pens etc! I love freebies:D)

I put in one load of washing before I left, but that's it for today's flying. Tomorrow, I shall have to do a few bits, but mainly it's going to be finishing the laundry, and planning... I did most of the outline planning on the train up, but need to do the fiddly details.

    Love and hugs.

I've had a very busy and expensive 24 hours.

When I came back from school yesterday I went to lock the front door when we came in and the lock bust locking us in the house. Nothing could shift it so today we had to pay £235 for a locksmith. In the meantime we have been climbing out of the living room window (me) and using the back gate that is 3 feet deep with brambles - it's our burgular deterrent (kids and DH).

Last night was the ball and I can tell you it was great fun climbing out of the said window in 4 inch heels and a pencil skirt! We had a fabulous time and I got very up close and personal with the lovely Stacey Solomon. My friend bid for her dress in the auction so this gave us unlimited access to the lovely lady, she is so slim she makes my size 6 daughter look lardy. I didn't drink and we got home at 1.45am - more climbing through the window! DD2 came in at 6.30 and I am so very, very tired. Out again tonight, hope I don't fall asleep in the middle of the dinner party as I'm certainly having a drink tonight.

NCT sale today was a bit of a disappointment. I was helping out on the clothes section and really couldn't believe some of the jumble people were trying to pass off as nearly new. Stained, torn, buttons missing not to mention fashions last seen in the 1980's. Fortunatley not all was bad and I got a lovely bike for DS3 which is hidden in FIL's garage for Father Christmas to deliver. It was £16:money:.

Not very much cleaning done. Swept kitchen floor and made beds mainly. need to have 40 winks now while little ones are watching a dvd or I'll never make it out tonight.

Gosh - your DD came in later than my DS - 4ish this morning - and then out for a 9 hour shift at McDonalds on less than £5/hour!
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
