Curtains now gone and should be ready friday/saturday so hubby's job is to cement the floor in there near the door before i put the curtains back up.

CPN been out to hubby so thats calmed things down a little.

Next mission is to get hubby to hoover the livingroom  not sure if he'll do it or not. :rotfl:

Dinner on so i'll go set the table and fill the wm again. :D
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Sorry, been out all day and haven't read the thread. Hope everyone is ok.
Today was my Homestart training course. It was all to do with child protection issues today and was quite hard to listen to.

I must get some dinner started. I had planned to put a shoulder of lamb in the slow cooker but it was too big and I couldn't find my meat cleaver to chop it up. (Makes mental note to check garden shed).

DS1 finally brought home his work from college on a memory stick. Scary stuff he's done hardly anything and has a 40 page assignment and an A1 wall poster to hand in 30th Nov. I can see delicate negotiation ahead, I hope we aren't going to have the car crash scenario of his GCSE's again.
