Thanks pigpen I just couldnt remmber the name!
I forgot to tell you about last night - I was so tired I barely remember going to bed - I got woken at 1.30 by a text on my mobile - I didnt know the number and was mad so i text back and asked who it was - it turned out to be a friend of toxic's from tenerife - she had meant to send it to toxic - I was livid - no apology just asked how I was!!!! It took ages to go back to sleep.
before you say - turn your mobile off or put it in the kitchen - I always take it to bed as it has all my phone numbers I might need in an emergency and if I am not well the family know they can get me on it so I just have to put up with people like her but it makes you mad!!
ok i am off to bed - see you tomorrow
sleep well all especially all those in pain - sleep is the best natural medicine they say!
Love and hugs to all especially Lady L and DIva.

Shysarah you have my sympathy, been there and they are ouchy things! There is a few good diet plans which can help reduce flare ups, google is your friend on that one too.
I've not done great amounts as I had DS2s harvest festival this morning then a meeting this afternoon which was slightly distressing but finally successful! A project we've been working on for 2 years and been hassling professionals to roll out is finally happening in November wooooohooooo!!!
I did manage to get a washer load done, dried outside toogot a freebie off freegle for little M.....a huge Makka Pakka toy
his Mam is going to love me, well maybe not hehehe. Did some paperwork sorting. DW been on. Think that's about all actually
We have ANOTHER visit tomorrow from ANOTHER inspector about the fluffing drain grrrrrrr he wants to get something done or I'll bite him!
Right, bed time as we're up at 6am these daysthat's not just awake but up and getting sorted....bleurgh! Hugs for you all especially Pen Pen
always sad when the good ones pass onto where they are needed next. Night night all x x x x
One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
I had a breakthrough earlier. The pain went slightly, but has come back with force again. It might have been slightly my fault as I put the washing up away, OH told me off when he came in and I will NOT be doing it again in a hurry. The doc suggested I only take the full dose of painkillers at bedtime due to the side effects so I am following those orders, I will address it with them tomorrow about maybe taking more of them. I think it is the diazepam that is starting to help as the pain has returned even though I have taken more painkillers since.
Apologies for not being around much recently. Work is manic and I'm trying to get things back under control
1. Health. I've put on 2kg in the last 3 weeks, and still have more to lose, so its back to fitbug for recording my eating; went for a run today for the first time in ages - fedup it was COLD so its a good thing OH made me get a long sleeve zip up running top yesterday! I've been to the dentist, and the hygienist and optician are booked. Massage, gym and reflexology appointments are back in their regular and immovable slots.
2. Work - almost there. First 2 lots of travel booked (Switzerland next week; Cannes in early November. Having a nightmare finding sensible flights to Hong Kong and haven't had time to sort out the San Francisco trip with OH (at least when I travel on my own I don't have to try to get us both on the same flight!)
3. House - we have a 30 day plan to tackle the little DIY jobs and find people and book them to do the big stuff (new bathroom, painting windows outside, and gradually painting the entire inside of the house)
4. Garden - we've finally started cutting the edges of the beds to get their final shapes and hopefully they will all be edged with bricks and have some plants in them in the next couple of weeks. Some of my plants have been in temporary homes for nearly a year! Outside lights have also gone up, although I have to buy a couple more.
So we're dealing with all the stuff that's been getting in the way and stopping . I need to get flying back into my routine too. Hopefully by the end of this week it'll all be under control again!0 -
Toots, Like you say you need your mobile with you at night...what a pain....hope tonight is smoother xx0

Rhys had decided to get up at 1.30 and still is awake now. Not sure whats going on with him as this is the third time in a week. So DW been emptied and refilled and back on again. WM and TD both on, worktops nearly cleared. Food cupboard cleared out, cleaned out and all put back in again. So i'll just carry on until grumpy decides to go to sleep.
