Occupational Health might be a good idea. You can only try. See what they say.
KP I'm vegan as you know and I do have days/weeks were my diet is dreadful. So I try and balance it out with lots of salad, nuts and fruit, then I don't feel too bad. And it's cold now and our body craves a bit of stodge at this time of year. So how about making some casseroles with lots of veggies in. And if you need chocolate substitute it for those low calorie chocolate sachet drinks. Mmmmm a hot chocolate on a cold night. Just a few ideas KP.
    Keep well huni.

  • hello lovely...waves furioslously with head hanged in shame for being such a bad friend :( Know you will understand though when I say that life has been a bit much of late and not an indication of whether I care or not...
Any news on worky front? How are you, kids, life in general?

  • Hello

I know life gets in the way doesnt it so fully understand.

Well I have been about but no point posting on her because debt busting has not really been a focus. Trying not to overspend but have spent some on a new carpet and paint for front room (1st time its been painted since moving in 8 years ago!) and a cooker.

Other than that weight loss in negative at the moment :o and Im jobless  but I am back with OH and happier than ever on that front :D.

Will wait to things settle down and do another new plan. After everthing that has happen I cant really focus or care about money or debt at the moment. Pretty much had another breakdown here so do not need number three as twice is more than enough.

Hope you all are well. I have been following a few threads so know things have been tough for many of you.

  • aww hugs for you me lovely...life can be a bit overwhelming cant it? Have to say I'm only just back to the stage where I feel I have any energy to debtbust and can totally understand that at times there is inability to do it due to being in survival mode...just keep plodding on and try and think of the positives...if nothing else you are more financially aware than you were so will still be doing less spending that you did :)
