To the OP's.

The same sort of thing happened to me a few months back. It wasnt Ugg boots from China though. In my case i was purchasing what i thought were genuine GHD straighteners.

The second i put my debit card details into the website to pay for the GHD'S i knew i had just made a mistake and i was right !

The website i used was in China as well.

Unfortunately i never received the GHD'S , fake or otherwise....

I did however cancel my debit card immediately (on the advice of posters on this site ) and i visited my bank and told them exactly what had happened. They were great and advised me to do a chargeback.

Within 2 weeks i had the full amount of money returned to my bank account.

Maybe you could do the same?

I have also just purchased some UGG (or not as it may appear) for my wife as a suprise gift. How long did they take to come through? Didi you try a chargeback? I hope to hear from you soon, Cheers Mark

These are Authorised and genuine On-line retailers although will be more expensive than the Chinese copies
