i am not sure if i am in the right forum, please let me know if i am not. i just received a pair of ugg boots i bought of this web site ugg-xmas-sale.com they have the ugg australia logo so i assumed they were real but there not, they are fake!! i paid just over £70 for them (they were advertised in the sale) is there anything i can do to get my money back, i am wary of sending them back as i dont think i will see my money again,

The site's based in China so you can probably kiss your money goodbye.

If you use Firefox as your browser I would suggest you get the Flagfox add-on. Each time you visit a website Flagfox will display a flag, in your address bar, of the country that the site's server is in. This will help you avoid Chinese scammers etc. in the future.

Send them back you never know you may get a refund.
How did you pay for the item? Maybe consider doing a chargeback?
I would also report the company involved:
