Well try and get a refund from the shop first if you have no joy contact your card issuer and request a chargeback.
This is for cases where goods delivered are not as described, ceased trading.
where the goods delivered are defective, or if goods or
services are not received - including when the seller has

I purchased a pair on the very same site as Lucie1973, received them yesterday and yes they are unfortunately counterfeit. I particularly did a lot of research before I purchased as I knew there were a lot of people out there selling fakes. I checked the lists of counterfeit websites and this one was not listed. However, I have now reported them to UGG Australia and hopefully they will get them closed down. I have sent the counterfeit site an email telling them I want my money back as I have been sold counterfeit goods and the boots are ready for them to collect. I dont suppose I will hear from them, but you never know. I paid via credit card and the card company are going to deal with it as the goods were not as described. They did ask for proof that they are counterfeit and that I get them checked by someone who can put it in writing but there are not many companies out there willing to say they are fake and put their name to it!0

i am not sure if i am in the right forum, please let me know if i am not. i just received a pair of ugg boots i bought of this web site ugg-xmas-sale.com they have the ugg australia logo so i assumed they were real but there not, they are fake!! i paid just over £70 for them (they were advertised in the sale) is there anything i can do to get my money back, i am wary of sending them back as i dont think i will see my money again,
Oh dear, you wanted that lovely trinket for a cheap price.
Guess that is what has been delivered! Mind you, we used to get some half decent fake tee shirts years back in the Middle East. I remember one numptie I worked with who thought they were real, saying I must be loaded for wearing them at work.
I never had the heart to tell her they were fakes!!!!0
