So obviously not a proper Ugg sales channel. Gmail address?

in the "about us" it states
"UGG" is not a brand name but an age old generic term for this style of Australian-made sheepskin boot.
so guess they will argue you got what you bought....good luck

they cannot argue that as they are advertising as UGG australia branded boots.

I mention what you did in a lot of threads but this time they must be fake.

though why do people think they can get them for around half the price that genuine sellers online are selling them for beats me.

    FUGGS. you got that right

  • Any site that has the name 'ugg' in its website address will be selling fake Ugg Australia boots. Rather than checking the list of unauthorised resellers (lets face it, you can set up a web page in a few hours, how on earth can Ugg keep the list fully updated), check the AUTHORISED retailers

but there are a lot of sites out there that dont mention they sell ugg australia boots yet people still will say they have been sold fake boots when all they have done is bought ugg boots.

I particularly did a lot of research before I purchased as I knew there were a lot of people out there selling fakes. I checked the lists of counterfeit websites and this one was not listed.

Rather than checking the list of counterfeit websites, it's must easier to check the official website, who have a list of OFFICIAL online and retail vendors. These are the ONLY people you should buy from.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
  • i honestly thought i was on the genuine site so when i saw the original price crossed out and that they were half price i decided to go for it. i have spoken to ugg australia and now know that to ensure that i am on the correct site i should look at the address bar, if it says uggaustralia.com then that is correct, anything else is not genuine
  • i checked the website for fakes and it was not listed on there, uggaustralia have said they will now update there list.
  • Hi Lucie

I have been scammed by them aswell ! I agree their website looks exactly like the real one. I though it was a sale website for ugg australia. It also had the official verified by visa login aswell, so i thought it was an authentic site. The best thing to do is contact visa and cancel your card. I'm not sure if i will get my money back too good to be true i guess !. Will let you know how i get on good luck with your case let me know how it goes : )
