    the only thing i could suggest is that the speak to a counsellor about it. it may not remove the hurt but it could help accepting what happened and realise that it wasn't their (your) fault.

  • The thing is due to child access, she needs to be more balanced - not that I am suggesting for a second that she is unbalanced, but this is making her ill. Its SO hard to watch.
