    the only thing i could suggest is that the speak to a counsellor about it. it may not remove the hurt but it could help accepting what happened and realise that it wasn't their (your) fault.

    The thing is due to child access, she needs to be more balanced - not that I am suggesting for a second that she is unbalanced, but this is making her ill. Its SO hard to watch.
