I need some advice.
How do you help some one who has been betrayed?
I just became VERY bitter and haven't had a proper realtionship since I was cheated on so I don't feel I am in the best place to offer advice. I know you have to work it out yourself but I just feel like I am not offering any thing positive.

Buffy, that is a really difficult situation to be in and to help someone else with as well. Nothing you say will be wrong but be prepared for the person not to listen to anything just now, as they will be hurting so much. It really is a question of time, as we know, but you don't believe that at the time.
I still hurt over something that happened to me many years ago - it is always there sadly.
