    Yes Beanie she has thanks. They really only suggested a relaxation class, which she went to, but the room was freezing cold, so she couldn't relax much :) Everything else, such as Tens machine, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, she has tried but sadly they didn't work for her.

    it's my birthday in a couple of weeks - i just make it into Scorpio!! I'm gonna treat myself to a fudge cake from Mr T's (it's on offer) and take it round my friend's place to share.
