I have managed to get hold of them. They are playing dumb with this one saying they don't know what is going on and why some people have got theirs and others haven't. They have requested money from peoples banks but haven't actually taken it, so no contract has been entered into.
Teach me to take express delivery next time.0 -

yeah but the amount has been taken from the peoples account even though they havent received it into theirs. The call centre arent even giving the same answers out0 -
Got off the phone and the woman said mine had definatly been cancelled, (apperantly got an email??? yer RIGHT!) they said they got no stock at the moment, dont know when apple are are giving more etc. She said to check on the website and order one when its in stock, the cheek!
Funny thing was the order was ok at about 1am when i changed to express delivery now its disappeared. Tried phoning the irish call centre and they said systems are down for about a hour.0
