This story better make it to the media...but to be honest, Amazon.co.uk have covered their !!!!!! pretty well with their T&Cs.

They've also broken their own policies though - they state that if an item is mispriced they will notify you if the price changes (which they didnt),they also say that all prices are confirmed at despatch - if they've dispatched a load then surely they've checked the price...worth a try anyway

Also, the worse thing is the fact that they asked us to confirm we accept the price increase, and despite not confirming that increase they then put it up anyway...and then just cancel it :mad:

The worse fact is that they just !!!!!! removed my order without permission! :mad: :mad:

Just checked "status" and it's disappeared since earlier this morning! Have just emailed them asking where it is. I have all details and confirmation online plus I printed them out.
