Phoned Amazon again. Spoke to Robert (Irish chap). Told me all issues including vanishing orders etc, prices will be solved tomorrow.
Hmmm dont think ill be holding my breath0 -
Mine's now been cancelled
. I'm more annoyed they don't bother emailing to update me than the fact they won't honour the misprice.
:smileyhea0 -
the call backs quite good as its free to mobile0

Phoned them a while ago and was asked to phone back in a few hrs as system is being updated. All they kept saying was to re-order the ipod at £162

Some irish guy told me even though its been cancelled its still on there system as being held as the moneys out of my account but hasnt reached theirs yet. He said i should still get it for that price but ring back tomorrow when they have sorted it all out, whatever that means. I'll email trading standards anyway0

:rotfl: I have just spoken with the Daily Mirror, they seemed interested. I have pointed them in the direction of this message board. If a few of you guys phone as well it may carry some momentum to the situation. :mad:0

Mines disappeared too without notice.... Thats a shame for Amazon as I've got some Etymotic headphones (£71) And Microsoft Flight Sim X (£50) on order and they'll be cancelled immediatley. I was also about to buy the Zen Vision M (£176) That custom will go to play.com now. I've been a loyal Amazon customer for many years, but if this is the way they treat their customers...FORGET IT!0

hopefully amazon will be reading this and will notice that a lot of loyal customers are now going to ditch them, because some people have got their ipods for £114 whereas others have been short changed.
if they are going to honour some and not others then they will lose respect and customers.....but saying that amazon are huge, they wont give a to$$ if a few people dont buy from them again as they have millions of customers worldwide.Certified Resident Wanty Stalker #001
