    Ordered 3 v techs suppose to be deliver today 3-5 nothing delivered, no cancellation email, no call. Have just rung them to complain, got £20 voucher thank you very much mr t

    Was it customer service you called? I had the same thing happen to me - 3 ordered, no email, no call.
    Handle every stressful situation like a dog.
    If you can't eat it or play with it ....... just pee on it and walk away.

    I called CS after the order status turned to 'delivered' a few minutes after delivery slot. The young lady told me she doesn't know why the order is cancelled, maybe technical problem with the website, and that I should make another order for tomorrow or Monday and it will come thru! Also offered a £5 voucher which I didn't know how to ask for more lol
    Thanks to OP anyway. It was kind of fun actually getting all excited and waiting.

    Yeah the number on the email confirmation. I said had been waiting in all day!
  • well after the email they refunded my delivery charge :j Not quite as good as some other lucky msers who got vouchers too but better then nothing, and more importantly an appology!
  • added to my basket, got to checkout and says 2 items in basket, total cost £0.00 and then nothing, wont let me add card details etc.

    I phoned today as I was due for delivery yesterday - CS apologised & said we would put order back through for delivery - I pointed out that it was now saying OOS online - he went off to check & said it was ok they had them & he will send them out tommorow - not holding my breath though
  • if he says there in stock ask him to save them for you and you'll pick them u, all of them !!!! lol. which area are you ?
    I spent too much time on facebook, so deleted it !!!
    Found a new hobby!!!
    Just sooo expensive and time consuming
