Just try to get a delivery refund with another phone call, you'll get a different CS bod and maybe a nicer one.0

I'm near Inverness too and could have ordered but as I didn't need anything else grudged the delivery charge. Maybe you will be lucky, I hope so.If I had known then what I know now . . .

well because they didnt have the v-techs in stock (no surprise really lol) they had refunded my delivery and was assured the other 3 small items that i had ordered would still arrive, 2 hours after my delivery slot it still hadnt arrived, phoned back cs to be told they didnt know why and they would get storemanager to phone me back. they also credited my account with a £10 evoucher for if i decide to order from them again. its now been 4 and half hours since my delivery slot and still have not recived my other items or a phonecall

Most decent CS guys & gals will refund delivery if you make a good case.
If you hit a rude dope, phone back a minute later and ask another CS guy.

I got a phone call at twenty to one (11-1 delivery slot) saying that they were out of stock and that they were sorry and I wouldn't be charged anything (that's all I'd ordered). Couldn't be a*sed arguing!
He also said 'about your order for Wednesday - do you want to change it - we'll only honour 3 sets of the offer' - I'd ordered 6 of the Comfort and 6 of the Persil Small and Mighty from the glitch posted on here. So I changed it to 3 of each. I was well chuffed that they're going to honour the 3!0 -
I'd be surprised if they honour that one next Weds0
