my delivery slot was 9 -11 am today, no sign of Mr T or any phone calls to say they are not coming, all i ordered were the "Vtech" pockets x3 so hopefully Mr T isnt going to turn up with an empty bag for me - well you never know. lol xxx

How many are you aloud to order? people only seem to of ordred 2 or 3 but i ordered 11........ didnt say out of stock?

Morning, after seeing this post last night and shopping due this am between 8 - 10, i ordered one. It didnt come, and its not on my list they give you. Guess it went "permently unavailable"?

I'm in Brighton too, and they're still available online.

Just taken delivery - and no V-Tech items at all. I asked, and the delivery guy had nothing on his sheet for me, he had no idea about it. I will call CS now to find out.

ETA - they're refunding my delivery charge and blaming it on a 'server fault'. Apparently the amendments didn't go through - which was undermined by my pointing out that I didn't amend my order, they were part of original order, and I'm not the only person to have this problem. I also pointed out that it says it's still available online...

ETA2 - they called back again and obviously know about this problem as they said they're going to send me an e-voucher to use for my next order as well as refunding today...!!! And they're still blaming it on a server fault for the information not getting to them.

This is what happened to me but i've looked on my tesco site and my local still have it advertised and 'in stock' at 1p?!!!

ive just had my phone call off the local shop and she said there nothing on your order can i ask you what you ordered so i told her and she says she doesnt know whats happened and is going to check to see if she has any in the shop for me to pick up! up to now every1 i have spoke to has been really nice

Has anyone been in store to see if price shows as 1p when scanned in store?

Was gonna order 1 but didnt waana pay the £5.50 delivery if it turned out to be full price when arrived.

I know there's the old "nothing ventured" saying etc, but at 1p, these were never going to show up, were they?

Huge difference between a glitch such as the Boots 342 deal posted earlier in the week and something like this.

Perhaps I'm just a misery but I don't see the point in even trying with "deals" like this one...
