Vtech V Smile Pockets is 1p instead of £49.99

my order has just arrived & no mention of the vtech v smiles on it when i go online & look at my order that has been delivered it's still on there though? i'm thinking about phoning them up anyway as they substituted an 8 pack of kitchen rolls for a 2 pack!!! how is that the same??? surely they could have substituted for a different brand 8 pack?

you win some you lose some - but in my opinion we shouldn't broadcast it to Customer Services or the store about any potential bargain. They are not going to say, yes please come down and pick up a £49.99 toy for 1p, I will reserve it for you! they will either take it for themselves or take off the shelves

Got a small delivery there with no VTECH. Guy tried to claim it would prob arrive via Tesco direct! I just let him go and phoned customer services who stated item is currently being removed from site..even though I said it's been up for 24 hours now! Got delivery refunded and email confirmng with apology. So Tesco's just did my shopping for me today for free!!! Happy enough!

u lot have got me soo adicted. so ive just been to my local tesco, thought mayb take a pund with me (lol) so i can clear them out n then pass them on to u all. But couldnt find them anywhere. spent loads still tho, my 11 year old found a big r/c truck, half price £50, shopping that i didnt really need £25, a big cream cake on the way home!!!! so thats £75 spent and half a stone weight gain!!! Cheers guys lol :rotfl:

Same story here, no delivery, rang cust services and order cancelled this am, someone was supposed to phone me but didn't. Grumbled a bit about waiting for a delivery that was never even going to arrive(not really an issue as waiting for another delivery today!)but nothing offered to me so left it at that No regrets here, regret what you did, not what you didnt do!!

Delivery was due between 11 & 1 today.
No phone call - No delivery! :mad:
Called cs who said they would contact store and get back to me. Store manager phoned back 1 hour later & said I had a slot booked but nothing on order, told me to call back cs who said it didn't look like I had been charged but they would keep an eye on my account and if anything showed up would refund me. CS lady suggested I take printout of grocery confirmation order into store to show manager as they should have called me when they saw a blank order whilst picking it.
Will keep you updated.

wow your lucky they apollogised but refused to refund my delivery charge, for the other £5 woth of items!:mad:

ah well i know i wont get one then with my shopping, dont think i will even bother to complain. would have been nice for 1 person to get one

phone head office, quite a few others had their del charge refunded and some evn have got gift voucher as an appology
