Well as expected my 9-11am delivery didnt turn up, i only ordered 3x vtech pockets, so i rang customer services and asked what had happened, apparently when my order was received at the store it was blank.
The CS lady was very nice to me didnt even ask me what i had ordered and has said she will be putting a £10 voucher in the post for me to use off my next shop.

So all in all a good result - well done CS at Mr T, would have been nice to have them but to receive the voucher is great.

Just rang my sis in law as she lives 2 mins walk away from local tesco xtra, see if she would nip in to see if in stock and to scan see what price comes up, but says shes busy till later this afternoon.

Huge difference between a glitch such as the Boots 342 deal posted earlier in the week and something like this.

Just going out to Shoreham Holmbush now as have to pick up a direct order and forgot baby food on main shop - doh! Will have a look.

MIght be a bit suspicious with only babyfood and a console at 1p though.

Just had my order delivered and these arent on my sheet either. Ah well - I needed the shopping anyway. Although I may email to see if I can get the delivery charge refunded.

just been on the phone to CS for what seems like forever and the last two people i have spoke have been very rude, the 1st said what do you expect for a penny we dont send things out at a penny, and then told me there was some stock in another local store but selling for 15 so she put me through to the store. i then got through to the store and she said she'd check and came back and said we dont stock anything like that how much was it on offer for and i tild her 1p she said well thats daft for thinking your going to get one of the for a 1p and we reomove anything off the shelves if it comes up as a penny. i really wanted one of these for my DS, and also the woman told me its old stock anything thats old and discontinued goes online a 1p, she said "i bought 1 of the like 3 years ago for a tenner so i doubt there even out now" she was very rude!

Sorry no-one seemed to get 1 yet.
I just wanted to say to the few who say "never gonna get it, why bother etc".
I have had 1p items delivered before from tesco, all it has cost you is a few minutes of your time placing the order and the outcome so far has either been delivery charge refunded on your shopping or a £10 gift card, so nothing bad has come of "having a go" but the best thing on this thread has been how generous people have been offering to pass an extra one on to other people!
