Thanks OP ive ordered 2 for delivery tomorrow and this is what it says on my order confirmation - so reading this, I assume if they turn up full price I can just give them back to the driver and then be refunded.

I get product unavailable , this would of been great for DD birthday next week . If they do turn up and any one has any spare would some one keep me in mind please , i will happily pay postage.

Hi,
i ordered 2 last night to be delivered today between 12-2pm. I've just had Tesco customer service on the phone saying my order has come up blank on their systems? He was phoning to find out what i'd ordered and same had happened to another lady...he has no idea what the item is!eek!

It says out of stock fo rme as well. Again would have been great for my little monster. If this does work out and someone has a spare one.......it would be greatly appreciated.

This happened to me the other day when I ordered the 50p shampoo. I called CS and they advised that it wasnt on my order. It has happened previously too. Instead of substituting they just delete the item!!

hmm im wondering now because this is all ive ordered and i havent had a phone call off CS and my delivery slot starts in 8 minutes, surely they wont be thick and send nothing out?

just looked on my account and status says

"delivered"

i havent had a delivery yet so do they say this once its put on the van for delivery?

although at least they haven't turned up full price, and held up everyones money
