    I guess if you were to do it in the BM it'd be best to use the Quick Bread programme, as it's more like a cake, might have to fiddle with the timings though :think:

    Would like to try by hand first, just to see:D I might even be successful, I am pretty good at baking, just my bread that flops:(

    You are right, of course! As soon as I know how it looks, I can experiment with the BM.:)

    Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Mortgage-free Glee!
    the gingerbread is lovely. I resisted tryint it out :A and have brought it into the office today to my taste testers!

    It's got that lovely sticky crust from leaving it that 24 hours wrapped in foil.

    I've still got the second one at home - the one i put sultanas in. DS hasn't been at home otherwise it would have gone by now!

    I'm trying to be very good :A

    I bet the sultana one is devine:drool:. I need to get out and get ingredients for so many things. this is one of them:)

    I've just put my sultana gingerbread on :)

    the machine's giving it a very thorough mixing! hope I put it on the right programme ... *is scared to look* :o

    can't wait to smell it cooking :D

    well, it's rising nicely :) ... I love that window & light :rotfl:

    I was just out walking my daughter's dogs & when I got back & opened the door, the smell was heavenly!

    I think the window and light swung it for me with the kenwood:o

    Need to get myself back on track asap to try all these recipes!:)
