it's a baking powder raised bread, so no real kneading involved, you'll spend more time frying onions & preparing the other stuff to go in it
I guess if you were to do it in the BM it'd be best to use the Quick Bread programme, as it's more like a cake, might have to fiddle with the timings though
once I get some of the coarse cornmeal, I'll try it in the oven first so I can see what it's meant to be like before I start experimenting
Would like to try by hand first, just to see:D I might even be successful, I am pretty good at baking, just my bread that flops:(
I am really looking forward to this in a big way. Chilli and all.
Might even do a bit of a theme night, drinks and all! :TIn the middle of difficulty lies oppurtunity0 -

the gingerbread is lovely. I resisted tryint it out :A and have brought it into the office today to my taste testers!
It's got that lovely sticky crust from leaving it that 24 hours wrapped in foil.
I've still got the second one at home - the one i put sultanas in. DS hasn't been at home otherwise it would have gone by now!
I'm trying to be very good :AMortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0 -
