Congrats narabanekeater! Hope all goes well this time.
Jediteacher - it does depend on your fashion sense - and when I was pregnant, bumps were more "hidden" than they are now so maybe this is useless advice - but with DD1 I lived in my pre pregnancy jeans etc, undone but held up by a pair of my dad's braces(!), underneath longish shirts and jumpers (some borrowed from the men in my life) - I did make myself one posh dress for best though!
Most of my friends and family say I have no fashion sense what-so-ever. :rotfl: I just want some thing that does not really touch my belly. When I was pregnant with my little girl I wore dresses as they didn't dig in to my tummy but they are all summer, thin dresses. Have to be smartish for work - no jeans or other denim. Living in my hubbys tracksuit bottoms but they are getting too tight. Will have to search on.'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.'
Proud Mummy to two gorgeous miracles.:j0 -
3 candles lit here again tonight so anyone who needs some light, feel free to take a bit of mine0

I'll have some Frugal p[lease, its freezing up here, I need as much heat as possible
In all seriousness, its lovely that there's so much nice news being shared amongst this wee community, I don't need a candle lit to feel the warm glow. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0 -
I`ve got spare candles and am full of good energy just now so positive vibes coming your way Ceridwen and anyone else who needs them, after all the world is a very small place and we all breathe the same air. I have had a big yankee candle burning for 2 days now and it has done wonders for me, so I have vibes to spare0

I read this thread every day and its taken me agggees to catch up. Congrats to everyone having babies! Have to admit to feeling very envious. Both me and my OH are very broody atm but we know it's not the right time plus it wouldn't be very OS as for us we'd need money to make a baby first! We're getting kittens when we move and are hoping they will take our minds off wanting babies.Times is 'ard.0

ellanutella I know this isn't the populist opinion, but there's never a "right" time to make babies, except the time when you want one. You cut your cloth as they say, and whenever a child is born, the most important thing is that it is loved and wanted. Congratulations to stiltwalker on her pregnancy xx
Gailey your life sounds more exciting than mine!
tomorrow after the school run I will try to get an emergency appt at the dentist as I have anoher impacted wisdom tooth, ibuprofen not working too well. they can only offer at a time when picking up DS2 and no one in family can (or will) help. If it that bad in morning I may see if OH can get an hour off during day and pick DS2 up.
I am meant to be reading with class 3 as well, im full of cold so sound very stuffy!
Then after lunch, DS2 has nap, I need to hoover sort out washing to go away, empty washing machine, pick up DS1, make tea, do dishes, plate up mine and OH tea, then homework and bed. DS1 wants different cakes making as the fairy cakes are 'too dark' -kids!
Feeling very bunged up and sorry for myself, DS1 friend came for tea, they all played good which was nice.

I use Voltarol for bad pain... I think its the most effective pain killer only recently available over the counter.
Good luck - I am well overdue for the dentist but am scared silly.... only pain usually makes me go0
