Morning

Looks like I'm going to have one of those day's today

I slept late. came downstairs the animals had eaten ds2 sandwiches, dog wee'd all over bathroom floor, and the animals had been through the recycling bag and that was all over the kitchen floor

so I've managed so far this morning to

ds1 picked up recycling and took it out
made ds2 more sandwiches
washed worktops
loaded dishwasher
made myself a coffee

Right off to make another coffee and arm my self with the sweeping brush to tackle the kitchen floor . I may be some time

The furniture sounds appropriate to what you want to use it for - except, if you want to relax, what are you sitting on in there? The inflatable sofa bed? Sounds like you don't like it! You say the room is decorated - do you *like* the way its decorated? The colours? Is it warm enough? Are the walls too bare?

Do you believe that you *deserve* a room just for relaxing?

Karmcat: I think you have hit the nail on the head! The sofa bed is the problem. It's OK to sit on but not for sleeping. I had decorated it all with its intended purpose in mind and its a very calm room.My OH won't use it because the main tv etc isn't there, but I had done it for me and I'm not using it either.
Will have to try really hard to get a decent sofa bed - it's just difficult to get funds together.
