Well, I have been working hard on my challenge and finally made a decision about the job application. After threee positive comments since Monday, including one from my area manager I have decided to complete my promotion application :eek: I actually wish the job was available in 6 months time but as it isn't I'm going to give it a go. It will be the first time I have had to write an application for such a high level job so I am going to take it as a very positive learning experience, what ever happens.

I was also looking forward to Leeds but now can't attend but will still be visiting the parents to collect the footy kits. My dad has done a really good job for us.

We have a very blank wall at work that needs to become full of inspirational quotes. We are going to get them painted on and thought you guys would be able to help

They need to be aimed at 12-18yr olds but do not have to be modern but a feww song lyrics might be good, they also need to be multicultural as we are going to include who said each one.

I look forward to your suggestions.
