It is another matter that barefoot running is getting more and more popular. Most people I saw running in Washington had these funny sock like things on their feet and one girl didn't have anything. So, barefoot running - cheaper and better for you.

Is there a very patient - spreadsheet obsessed individual who can help me connect everything together? It looks to me like quite a big job - but will perhaps be really simple to someone who understands the software better.
Many thanks

If you haven't had an offer of help yet (because I am quite slow at responding) I will see if I can help you out x0 -

If not used for sport (and there is no reliance on the cushioning) it is fine. But the best way to wash them is the old fashioned one - with a cloth.

It's all in the wording - you can't say you have been published in all these countries but you can say 'her books have sold in countries from the USA to Australia' etcIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0 -
You only need to add South America and Antarctica and you could claim that your books have been read on every continent! Perhaps you could send one to the British Antarctic Survey. How cool would that be? (Sorry, couldn't resist!!)0

How about arranging with organisations whose people you do the presentation for, to buy a copy of the book (maybe produced as a pocket version) for each participant? If this was one of your 'standard terms' and you could get them produced (maybe with corporate branding to that organisation) for a couple of quid each, that would spread the word nd make a few shillings for you?
If you were running a 'public' course yourself, the price of attendance could include a copy of the book? Also a programme of future courses in case colleagues, friends, families etc were interested in attending, having heard so much about it!
(Should help with the nine a day too)
