    What a good idea.
Many years ago I got so bad with exam nerves one year that I wrote myself a really fierce letter to be read one month before the next exam to remind myself to get down to revision earlier.

Can I ask - does mind mapping work for everyone?
And is there any way of searching that does not bring up a list all leading back to Tony B?:rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl: I love that - I'm so going to get the students to do this :rotfl::rotfl:

Can I ask - does mind mapping work for everyone?

So far I haven't met anyone that hasn't been able to use it after I've taught it - but if I'm honest some people naturally gravitate to memory systems backed up with mind maps rather than mind maps backed up with memory systems. Thats why I teach both together.

And is there any way of searching that does not bring up a list all leading back to Tony B?:rotfl:

Erm!!! Nope :D Thats why Mr Big thinks we are onto a winner. A recognised technique - but being taught by "the next generation" so to speak.

Tony taught me - but my presentation of the technique is less "look at this great technique" and more of a "look what cool things you can do with this technique" Bit of a different focus - more a "beneftting the student" thing rather than an "I am the expert" thing IYSWIM.

But if you've got any questions just fire them over and I willdo my best.

Don't be upset - he would have needed new ones afte rthe washing machine anyway. Washing trainers in the washing machine damaged all the support they have so after they are useless.

It is another matter that barefoot running is getting more and more popular. Most people I saw running in Washington had these funny sock like things on their feet and one girl didn't have anything. So, barefoot running - cheaper and better for you.

Does this just apply to proper running trainers? I have always washed trainers on a cool wash, but they are not actually used for sport.
