Righto!!! Go and get a cup of tea cos I've got a feeling this could be a log one. (no smuttiness now)
Where to start?
Well my connection is back on - and thankfully the TalkTalk engineer has left cos he was rather, ahem!!! fragrant, and not in a good way:eek:
Fingers crossed
Update re the school. .... Board meeting was held last night - to which the HT decided not to attend.
A meeting was requested today - response was that she was too busy.
Chair insisted - compromise was a half hour in the street in front of the library:cool:
HT told by Chair that the line has been crossed, either they step down and remove themselves from the school or on Monday there will be a vote of no confdence and they be removed.
HT countered by saying she had the full support of the parents (like we would support her shutting our kids classes down).
Chair countered by producing letters signed by all parents involved to the contrary.
So by Monday, one way or the other, the school will be a pretty different entity.
I kind of hoped that it would all have been done and dusted by this evening - but the prospect of us running the school ourselves is infinitely preferable to relocating to another continent.
So you know you guys said you would help? I may be needing some serious Matrix Mama Motivation in the next few weeks.
Honestly you couldn't make up the drama's we have had in the last twelve months - even an Eastenders scriptwriter would struggle to keep coming up with these [STRIKE]disasters[/STRIKE] challenges:D
Boys are starving - soI will pop back on in a wee while to let you know what the Mentors, Mr Big and I have been up to during this TalkTalk induced radio silence :rotfl:
