  • Not a bad start to the challenge, OH has taken the radiator off the wall in the hall and taken down the old light fitting from the hall ceiling.:T

    I have had a nice bath and started to re-read 'The Secret'.

    Whoop have managed to speed read the start of The Secret.
    Is it just me, or the minute you start reading, all sorts of thought about past events and how you were feeling at the time they happened, come flooding in. Its like its all totaly relatable, every single word seems to fit an event. In my case how my negative thinking has affected my life argh................:eek:

    Could someone please PM me about this e-book of The Secret - I've heard of it before but not a clue what it's about! But an e-book could be snuck onto my iPhone for reading

  • I prefer to keep my challenges quite general for the moment. I know I know: more specific goals mean a better sense of satisfaction when they're achieved, but these'll have to do for now....

    * more focussed decluttering
    * getting to bed earlier every weekday night rather than 'wasting' time on here!! :whistle:
    * spending a bit more time during the weekend in preparing for the week ahead (the dreaded ironing, batch cooking, etc, etc ...)

    I'd also love to know more about 'The Secret' that everybody's raving about, so I'll PM you scottishlass. Thanks so much for sharing!

    50 Day Challenge Here I Come:T

    Finally, sat down to write these, some will seem a very "me" focused and self indulgent but need this at the minute.

    1. Watch Spooks and Desperate Housewives each week. (The only two programs I actually sit down and relax watching).
    2. Lose 7lb by sticking to my 1300 caloris and 30 sit ups a day.
    3. Complete a 15 minute burst each evening.
    4. Continue to get up 5 mins earlier to put make-up on and stop being lazy about straightening hair.
    5. Write CV for "other" matrix website.
    I know these sound a little selfish but they really will impact on me.:rotfl:
