I was considering adding some small mini challenges to my 50 day ones. The first will, I think, after noting how sleepy I was this morning "Be in bed by 11pm each night this week" - I know from experience that I feel masses better when I concentrate on doing this, so that's a good one to start with I think. :)

Do you want me to send you the ebook in the meantime? :)

Scottishlass that would be amazing and very much appreciated.
Thank you so much. Do I need to down load anything to access the book? Never had an e-book before......!!!!!
Edit to add I'm doing some batch cooking, never ever done this before. Shepherds Pies with 'neep' (turnip) and potato topping, meatballs in tomato sauce, to start with and see how I get on. Its bound to save a little time. had never thought t do this till I found this thread. So a positive start to the 50 day challenge

Hey all, what a right miserable day it is weather wise...but I am seeing my lovely bro tonight for food so I am happy.

Ladies who have lost weight, my advice is to get rid of anything that doesn't fit/make you feel good as you are NOW and then you wont be able to get bigger again as it will be too expensive to buy loads of new clothes, if that makes sense. I stay the same dress size because I am far too tight to be buying a size up and if my clothes feel tight I deal with it rather than buying new.

You know you don't want to go back to how you were, who you become is up to you.

    You have 3 choices:
    1. Bin it
    2. Charity Bag it
    3. Ebay it

Note that there is not a fourth keep it, even though it's baggy and shapeless choice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Part of my 50 day challenge was to source and read The Secret, I popped into the local charity shop for a browse and what was screaming out at me from the book shelves. I could'nt believe that the Universe had answered me so quickly.
I beelined in (slowly so not to look to anxious lol) and lo and behold an oustretched hand picked the book up and shuffled to the counter.:(:(:(.
Lesson learned, beeline in at top speed. Just too good to be true.:rotfl:. Obviously not meant to be as of yet.
I hope the lady wanted the book as much as I did, my turn next hopefully. If at 1st you don't succeed and all that.
Have asked the Universe again, just in case did'nt hear me originally.[/QUOTE

    Another matrix member maybe?????????? :rotfl:

Helen105 - re the weight, stop focusing on numbers, and focus instead on what you want to look like. It's easy to get hung up on being a certain weight, or dress size, without any regard for what your body wants and needs. It may be that a weight that you were fine, and looked fine, with when you were 25 will no longer be right for you.

I'm reading the last page, but just had to pipe up right away with this one - totally agree, EH! I'm still slim, but nowhere near what I was when I was 25 - and if I was that weight, I'd look a bit weird, I think. I'd like to be fitter, more toned, for sure (thats one of my 50 day challenge), but thats all....

EDIT - Fantasia! Definitely a beeline next time. You want it, you go for it :)
