Just been catching up on the last two days.
Souk and Karmakat Thank you for your kind words. My progress is not just my own work, it is a team effort including everyone on the thread and a great deal of input from my carer.
Red Squirrel I have the opposite problem in that I think things don't take long to do, I take on too much then let other people down as well as myself because I haven't achieved what I promised to do.
DT and Greenbee - fab news on the Reading shirts
jc2703 - Lots of positive thoughts coming your way for the job interview on Monday.
Marru - I hope you are doing well on finding a new home.
smcmcshane - you mentioned you would like to apply for promotion and there is more learning to be done, could you improve your chances by starting to do some of the learning before you apply so that you are showing willing?
fantasia - maybe a business course to update your skills would be the place to start? I did a business A level at night school back in the 1990s. I don't know what's available now though.
crickett - fabulous feedback at work!
I'm still working through my backlog and getting ready for a long weekend away (leaving tomorrow morning). My carer packed my case with me on Monday and I found myself having wobbles about it yesterday evening. I realised I was feeling uncomfortable about the new clothes and wanted to swap them for my more usual jeans and sweatshirts. Hmmmm, seems to be about not wanting to attract attention, even though I am going to be visiting well-loved long term friends.Decluttering Awards: 🏅🏅0 -
