I've just had a pm from someone I think from Mse towers.

    Hi clairewop,

It has come to the forum team's attention that you have been promoting your business on the forum. This is strictly against the forum rules.

Please can you stop doing this or we may have to remove your posting privileges.

    Kind regards,

    MSE Alana

So any orders for kits for kids will have to be discussed though facebook, and looks like i'm not allowed to show pictures of what I have made either. I don't want to have my posting privilages taken off me :(

Hmm- it is a difficult line really. I am thinking of Weezl as she took her thread to another forum rather than 'oldstyle' and then went onto a different website to discuss the ins and outs of it all so as not to break forum rules.

Also the rules are there for a reason ( don't shoot me down here) but a lot of spammers try to get on here, and flog to folk.

I think it is acceptable to point peeps to your website and from there a link to your FB page:) and i know sometimes they are included in signatures- but you need to ask permission for this.:money: I remember Hypno was very careful about doing something similar re her Collection of ink cartridges and Martin included an insert onto her thread saying something about it.

I know some threads have been completely pulled because of content not adhering to MSE forum guidance.:o

I think because of the popularity of the thread as well and Martin was also Pm'd re joining the matrix, then MG was right- not exactly under the radar.:rotfl::rotfl:

So whilst i can see your point of view Claire- i can also understand where MSE Alana is coming from. Hope that helps. Bob

I didn't realise Weezl's thread went elsewhere! Gosh ... I quite understand where MSE Towers are coming from ... MG said as much herself just at the end of last week.

Squizz and Ruby - wow! I have 3 overripe bananas in the fridge at the moment :) and Squizz, *where* do you find these blogs? Amazing stuff.

I don't know anything about football, either, but MK Dons used to be Wimbledon, before they moved to MK some years ago. (Some of our friends were very up-in-arms at the time!)

Have Googled and MK Dons are in League 1, rather than Premiership. Reading are in Championship (which, I think, comes between Premiership and League 1).

Yes she started her new threads about feeding families for £100 on the 'How much have you saved' forums- just so it didn't get conflicted with oldstyle things- even though, essentially it was about oldstyle skills and cookery.
And very similar to the matrix, as it used a lot of skills and knowledge of the posters to build up a wonderful resource.

I hope you don't mind. I took the liberty of getting some info for you re hypnotherapy,
I have a friend who is a Master Practioner and this is the e-mail just received.
    hi Heather,
below are listed some of the main associations for hypnotherapy.
There is no one governing body as such and there is some professional rivalry between some.

I am with the Hypnotherapy society and I find them very easy to work with. All of the below work within the code of ethics which any good course should make students aware of.

I'm not sure they will list courses in your area. I suggest you google 'hypnotherapy training' and add your area and see what comes up.

Hypnosis is relatively easy to learn but being approved by ANY of the associations below does not mean that the therapist is necesssarily good despite what they boast.

A good hypnotherapist is the person who delivers the best for the client and takes a pride in their work. I have come across so called hypnotherapists who are approved by some of the below but are more motivated by money than quality of service.

    www.hypnotherapistregister.com
    www.ChrysalisCourses.co.uk
    www.hypnotherapy-association.org

    Regards Peter.

I think he assumed the info was for me hence the content lol but hopefully this may point you in the right direction.

Bob, I'm ok about the pm :) I just now want to be careful so that I get to keep my posting privilidges, that's why I suggested kits for kids was only to be discussed through facebook from now on :)

And that I wouldn't be putting anymore pictures up for opinions.

    Absolutely spot on.

Ultimately, if you have the right *feel* for the school you approach, it is the right one for you - trust your instinct, ask dozens of questions, and don't rush in to signing up.

For those that don't post on my own diary, I need to say thank you for any positive thoughts given for the sale of my house - I accepted an offer today on mine, and also had my offer on my new house accepted. Assuming it all goes through, we should be moved by Christmas, debt free, and ready for 2011 and all the joys that it brings :D
